INGREDIENTS
½ a head cauliflower chopped1 onion sliced1 tomato cubed1 tablespoon tomato purée½ teaspoon garlic½ teaspoon ginger1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) Powder½ teaspoon black pepper1 green chillie1 teaspoon red masala½ teaspoon turmericSalt to taste2 tos plain yoghurtHandful of frozen peas2 tablespoon Fresh Cream (adjust)2 -3 tablespoon oilGreen dhania (coriander) to garnish
METHOD
1. Soak cauliflower in boiling water then drain and rinse with cold water
2. Fry onions in oil until golden in colour then add the cauliflower, tomatoes and all the spices.
3. Mix the cauliflower and the spices well and cook for 5 minutes then add the yoghurt and the peas. 4. Cook until the oil comes to the top and the cauliflower is nicely fried.5. Then add the fresh cream and garnish with dhania (coriander)
