4 to 5 potatoes cut into chips2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon chilli flakes(rough red chillies)½ teaspoon cumin4 tablespoon chana flour
After fryingSalt Chilli powder Lemon Juice
Dry your chips thoroughly. Toss potatoes in the dry mix and fry in hot oil (175 -180 deg) for 10 - 13 minutes until done.
Once fried drain immediately sprinkle salt and chilli. Finish with a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
