INGREDIENTS
I whole chicken ,cut & cleaned ..1 Heap teaspoon Garlic & Ginger paste…3 onions,sliced1 teaspoon BBQ Spice1 teaspoon Fisherman’s Spice1 teaspoon Tandoori Spice6 teaspoon Lemon juice or 1 whole lemon(cut in halves..¼ teaspoon lemon Pepper spice or any spice you preferOil for drizzling5 potatoes,cooked & halved …Rosemary or mixed herbs or any herbs you like…can be added3 teaspoon butter ½ cup Nando’s Peri- Peri Sauce or Nando’s lemon & herb Sauce (extra mild ..
Can add any vegetable to your dish😊

METHOD
Pour the lemon juice on the chicken & let marinade for 5 minutes,then add the garlic on top.Mix all spices in a separate & rub the spices on the chicken & your herbs & lastly pour the chicken with the Nando’s Sauce you like..Add your potatoes & the sliced onions into the pyrex dish & place the chicken in the centre.Bake at 190 degrees for 1hour & 30 minutes.Drizzle the chicken with the oil & dot some butter on top!Served with garlic rolls & corn on the cob & a lovely mixed salad on the side.

INFO & TIPS
Add foil when chicken is done in your oven &depending on your chicken size can cook for another 30 minutes extra!!!
