INGREDIENTS
500g flour 1 teaspoon. Salt150g boiling water 150g cool water
METHOD
In a bowl add flour, salt and water in 2 batch first ghe boiling water and then the cold water and mix until it forms a soft dough Now divide the dough into 30g balls.Place the balls on a greased plate and once all the balls are rolled out brush them with some oil and cover with cling flim for 30 minutes
Paste Mix the flour and oil together until it forms a paste.
Now using your palm flatten them to the size of the dumplings wraps.Brush the rolled dough with the paste and layer the next dough repeat this process until you have stacked 7 or 8.Using your palm flatten the dough and roll it out to be thicker than you plate
Transfer the rolled dough to a pan over a medium heat, cook on both side for a minute remove from the heat.
Place your plate over the cooked dough, and cut around it. Now remove them individually and the the sheets are ready
