This Filling is versatile use for
Samoosa, pie, buns etc
RECIPE
I used Chicken
Method
In Pot on stoveADDThe Following3-4 Chicken fillets Cubed1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper1 teaspoon Green chilli paste1 teaspoon Magic masala or any brandSteam all of the aboveNow remove and place in a food processorAnd Give it a light shredPut back in potAdd 2-3 tablespoon Oil Or ghee (Clarified butter)Add ½ (half) grated or finely chopped OnionAdd 1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)Add ½ teaspoon crushed Garlic (yes garlic)Braise slightlyAdd the shredded Chicken
Now add the following to the above
+-½ can Creamstyle Corn- 1 Cup Grated Carrots+- ½ chopped Green Or Robot Peppers
(I omitted Mushrooms)
Handful of 2 minute noodle or (boiled Spaghetti)
Cook wellNow add½ Packet Any soup powder (I used Chicken ALA King)mixed with a bit of water (NOT MILK OR CREAM)ADD to the above ChickenAdd little Thyme or mixed herbs OreganoChopped Shallot Or Chives or Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Mint is optionalCook till wellTip:IF MIXTURE IS A BIT WETAdd 2 tablespoon Mazina or FlourMix wellOnce Cooled you mayFill your Springrolls or use for any savory that you want to makeEnjoy
