1kg chicken
1 cinnamon stick 1 Elachi (cardomom) ( cardamom ) pod2 peppercorns1 whole clove1 heap teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 whole 50g sachet tomato pastesalt to taste2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 and ½ teaspoon chillie powder 1 Tblson dhana ( coriander ) powder¼ teaspoon gharum masala a pinch of saffron strands.
METHOD
1. Marinate 1kg chicken with sauces
2. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) (clarified butter) and cook on low heat stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes until done. ENJOY!
