1 kg chicken fillet½ cup plain youghurt 2 teaspoon ginger garlic 2tbs kashmiri chilli powder2 teaspoon Chilli pasteHalf fresh lemon squeezedHalf satchet tamatoe paste1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon Dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
3 colour peppers
METHOD
Cut fillet into big cubesMarinate with the above ingredientsLeave to marinate for 1 hour Add to skewers Adding chicken and then pepper in a pattern Bake In a tray at 190° for 20 minutes And keep turning Remove once roasted properly on both sides
