RECIPE
Braise 2 finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) Add in 1 tablespoon ground green chillies 4 cloves minced garlic Add in 400g baby Spinach Add in 1 tin whole kernel corn 🌽 1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) mixed with ¼ cup milkAllow 2 thicken. Cool completely Add in 1 cup grated cheese 🧀
