INGREDIENTS
1 egg ( I prefer egg whites only )2 cups milk3-4 tablespoon butter1 cup semolina4 -5 tablespoon klim (make paste with little milk)Elachie almonds for garnish 1 cup sugar125 ml freshcream
METHOD
METHODbeat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and cream.Melt butter in a heavy based pot,add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly,add in the almonds,semolina and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes.Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10 minutes Garnish and ENJOY!
