INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups flour• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)• 1 teaspoon salt• Boiling water to make a soft doughMake 40 balls. Roll out thin. Don't use ghee (Clarified butter) when braising on tawa & freckle lightly. Make sure it balloons on stove.
Filling
• ½ kg cubed chicken• salt to taste• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic• 1 teaspoon red chillies ( fresh & powder)• ½ cubed green pepper. Cook on medium/low heatAdd blobs of butter when almost done . Break / shred with the back of the spoon.
METHOD
Lay out rotis. Spread each roti centre with red chutney of choice. Put chicken filling in centre , drizzle with perinaise & top with finely grated cheese. Close with a toothpick/cocktail stick. Now Freezer suitable.
Thaw & Reheat for 1 & ½ to 2 minutes in micro ( until cheese melts) . Enjoy...
