INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk½ cup water2 eggs1 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon sugarPinch salt1 tablespoon butter, melted
METHOD
1. Beat milk, water and eggs until frothy.
2. Sift in dry ingredients. Beat well.
3. Add melted butter and beat well until smooth.
4. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge. Fry on high in a pan lightly greased with spray and cook.

My stove has 9 heat level settings and I generally fry it on 8.
