Add to a blender:1 cup orange juice1 cup oil3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup sugarBlend
Pour mixture into a bowl.Sift in2 cups flour
Then add2 ½ tablespoon baking powderPinch salt1 tablespoon orange zest Mix until combined.
Pour into a bundt pan.Bake 180deg 35 minutes
Let cool then top with glaze.
Glaze:Icing sugarOrange juice Orange zest Milk or cream
