INGREDIENTS
Filling:1 large Onion1 Tomato grated ,optional1 teaspoon Garlic paste or garlic clove1 teaspoon Masala ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder1 teaspoon Steak or chicken Spice or any spice2 teaspoon Worcester Sauce2 teaspoon Lemon juice or fresh lemonSalt to tasteOil
Garnish:LettuceTomatoOnions6 Egg fried6 Cheddar Cheese slices8 -10 slices Toasted bread
Sauce:¼ cup Mayoinaise3 teaspoon honey¼ teaspoon PaprikaMix wellThis is mine Favourite Sauce!!!
METHOD
In a pot add the oil &fry for three minutes until golden. Add the steak with all the spices & your garlic…Optional too add the grated tomoto(I didn’t add this..Cook for 40 minutes on medium heat add water( 1 cup cold water…until steak is soft and tender.‘Add your lemon juice & worcester sauce to steak with all your spices’
*Fry your chips*Toasted your bread & garnish your toast with all salads above & your favorite sauce👍Add the steak & cheddar cheeseNjoy🌹Yummy for lunchbox Mini steak burgers for treat😋
INFO & TIPS
Add this steak filling too roti & wraps & pie filling or pizza’s or pasta too🌺🌺🌺
Freeze well in pasta dishes for one week if you when in a hurry!
