INGREDIENTS
• 250g Butter • 1 Cup Icing Sugar • ½ Cup Oil • 1 Cup Cornflour • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence • 2 tablespoon Coffee Powder • 1 tablespoon Spoon Warm Water • 2 Cups Flour
Icing• 100g Butter • 1 Cup Icing Sugar • 1 teaspoon Coffee • 1 tablespoon Hot water
METHOD
1. Cream Butter and Icing Sugar.
2. Add Oil and Cornflour in mixture and beat till combined.
3. Dissolve Coffee in Warm Water, Add Vanilla Essence to the water and Add this into your mixture.
4. Lastly add your flour to your mixture to make a soft dough.
5. Shape your biscuits to your liking.
6. Bake at 160°C for 15 Minutes.
Icing Method 1. Cream Butter and Sugar well.2. Add coffee dissolved in Hot water and beat well. 3. Sandwich your biscuits together with Icing.
INFO & TIPS
Alternatively use melted chocolate to sandwich your biscuits together..
Use Melted Chocolate just to decorate your biscuits
