Soften ice cream in a large bowl and combine with remaining ingredients. Re-freeze until firm. Serve in scoops with chocolate sauce and chopped. Hint: Make a delicious sauce by mixing the contents of a jar Nestle Bar-One energy spread in a heatproof bowl with 100ml Ideal EVAPORATED milk. Heat gently over boiling water or in the microwave until mixture is smooth and warmed through.
