INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, minced1&Β½ teaspoon SaltΒ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Β½ teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)1&Β½ teaspoon Dhodra dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon Green masala2 handful Fried onionsFreshly chopped dhania (coriander)
2 medium Tomatoes, grated3 small potatoes, cubed
METHOD
Add the above ingredients beside the tomato and potatoes to the mince and mix well. Make a vagaar with onion, oil and 3 whole green chillies.Once done, add :ΒΎ teaspoon SaltΒΎ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Β½ teaspoon Red masala1 cup chopped red and green peppers.Braise well.Roll out medium sized kebabs.Add in the tomato, potatoe and kebabs, add a little water to make a gravy.Cook until done on low heat. Garnish with freshly chopped dhania (coriander) just before serving.
