RECIPE
250g minced ginger375g ghorr or jaggery (molasses)
250g butter½ cup ground Badaam 125g coconut 3 tablespoon khus khus3 tablespoon charoli 6 tablespoon blanched slivered almonds
Melt butter and jaggery (molasses)
Add in ginger 🫚 Cook on med heat add in rest of ingredients besides the slivered badaamCook for 15 minutes. Cool in trayRoll into small balls.
Eat 1 daily during winter
