INGREDIENTS
* 1 Clove Garlic,crushed* ¼ teaspoon Salt or add less if you prefer,* ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin* 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder* 1 teaspoon Garam Masala(optional)* ½ teaspoon Turmeric* ¼ Cup Fresh Coriander,chopped* 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice* 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil* 50g (¼ Cup) Yoghurt* ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper(optional)* ¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper(optional)* Freshly chopped coriander for Garnish* 4 -6 Chicken fillets,cut into cubes…
METHOD
In a large bowl ,add the cubed chicken fillets with all the spices & rest of all the ingredients,let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours max .Then add it onto the skewers & line the chicken kebabs on baking tray with lighty spayed with oil…Bake @ 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on your oven.Served with garlic rolls & mixed salad & garlic mayo on the side & roasted potatoes & calamari rings🇵🇸
INFO & TIPS
Can also fry in your Airfryer @ 190 degrees for 15 minutes or more.
