INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs, seperatedΒΎ cup hot Water1&Β½ cups Castor sugar1 teaspoon Vanilla essence1&Β½ cups Flour3&ΒΌ teaspoon Baking powder3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)ΒΎ cup Oil
METHOD
Whip the egg whites until stiff, add in 1&ΒΌ teaspoon of the baking powder and beat.Cream the egg yolks and sugar. Pour the water and oil in and sift in the dry ingredients.Beat very well.Fold the egg white mixture into the yolks with a spatula.Pour out into the cupcake pans and bake on 180 degrees till done.Make the glaze with the juice of 1 freshly squeezed orange and enough icing sugar to make a smooth glaze. Decorate as desired π§‘
