1 kg cubed steak Cook with 1 teaspoon each:Salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) Black pepper lemon juice Vinegar ginger garlic and steak and chops masala (@purespice_sa)(I pressure Cooked for 20 minutes)cook till dry. Add in 1 tablespoon each: tomato sauce chilli sauce hot sauce peri peri sauce mayo set aside till needed.
Fried and masala slap chipsShredded lettuce & diced onions Fried French polonySliced cheese 3 slices bread per sandwich slightly toasted
To assemble :Drizzle mustard sauce on breadSteakDiced onions and lettuce Tomato sauce BreadNandos bushveld Polony Chips Tomato sauce mustard sauce and mayoSliced cheese 🧀 BreadSpread butter & toast till golden brown Serve Piping hot 🔥
