Boil 4 potatoes till soft. I pressure Cooked it for 20 minutes.Smash down the potatoes in a pyrex
Melt 50g butter 🧈 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli and garlic paste 1 clove minced garlic 1 finely diced onion 1 chopped green pepper (I used ½ yellow)½ teaspoon basil dried½ teaspoon dried thyme1 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon milk or cream1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice Fresh Cracked black pepper Simmer on low.Pour over spuds.Sprinkle cheese and bake 20 minutes.Serve Piping hot 🔥 I served with chicken botis
