RECIPE
1 kalejiRemove outer membraneCut in cubesSoak in vinegar water for ½ hour
In a pan heat ghee (Clarified butter) Add in kaleji2 tablespoon garlicSaute 8 - 10 minutes
Then add the following spices:Salt to taste1 tablespoon pepper1 tablespoon Chilli flakes1 teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon garam masalaSauté
Then add1 sliced onionFew sliced green chilliesJulienned ginger
Saute few minutes then finish off with a squeeze of lemon juice
