1 whole liver, cut into thin slices, soaked in milk and drainedSalt to taste White pepperBlack pepper 2 teaspoon green masala60g butter
Heat a pot over medium hot heat. Add the butter allow to melt when it starts to bubble add the kaleji and fry in the pot both sides until done but still tender. Serve with Roti or can be eaten as is.
