LiverKidneysSpleenHeart1 heaped teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepperLemon juice
METHOD
Slice kaleji into thin strips, soak in white vinegar and water for 10-15 minutes. Heat pot with 100g butter add crushed chillies. Add the kaleji and rest ingredients. Cook until done. Garnish with dhania (coriander)
