INGREDIENTS
· 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
· ½ teaspoon White Pepper
· Salt to taste
· 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
· 1sheep liver
METHOD
1. Mix all of the above and keep in
refrigerator overnight.
2. Slaughter your sheep after Eid Salaah
and take out liver and wash well.
3. Cut into finger strips and marinate in
above sauce.
4. Fry in butter in a non-stick fry pan – till
crisp.
5. Put tooth picks in each strip and enjoy
your Qurbani meat.
