Brownie cake for my boy who’s officially 19! Still can’t believe how fast time flies — but chocolate always helps 🍫🎂

Mix together1 cup flour¾ cup hot chocolate powder¼ teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
In a bowl microwave125g butterUntil meltedAdd in 1 cup sugarMixAdd3 eggs Beat
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.Pour into a lined and greased square baking tin.
Top with chocolate chips.Bake 180deg thermofan oven until done.
Decorate as desired.

Note if not using hot chocolate powderSubstitute with ½ cup cocoa and 1 ½ cups sugar
