INGREDIENTS
1 kg Kingclip fillets, wash and leave to drain thoroughly
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, leave to marinate
In a separate bowl mix: 1&Β½ cups of flour1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Pepper
2nd bowl:3 EggsSalt and Pepper to taste Beat properly
METHOD
Coat the fish in the flour, thereafter dip into egg and fry in shallow oil.Fry for approx 5 minutes on either side until golden brown in colour.
Serve with spice rice, tartar sauce and steamed veggies
