RECIPE
Leg roast @fouzy_pal_1
1 leg soaked in vinegar and rough salt for few hours. Drain. Trim off fat. Make slits and gashes.Fill gashes with whole garlic pieces and cloves.Marinate in:1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon lemon π pepper 2 teaspoon crushed garlic ΒΌ cup lemon π juice 2 teaspoon soy sauce1 teaspoon white pepper 2 tablespoon ground green chillies Salt to taste1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon oil
Marinate overnight or up2 2 days.Cook on low heat turning few times adding water. However...
This leg was cooked over a pit fire π₯ & slow cooked for 5 hours.(Sealed in parchment paper then few layers of foil)
Glaze:Boil:Left over marinade β
cup brown sugar 2 tablespoon honey3 tablespoon tomato sauce
Pour over cooked leg and grilled in oven for few minutes.Serve with sides of choice Enjoy π
