Recipe: My Mother in law

INGREDIENTS
1 kg cubed chicken fillet
2 onions chopped fine
Green chillies to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon White Pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 cubed peppers
METHOD
Cook everything together till done then add 1 heaped tablespoon spoon ghee (Clarified butter).
Tasle for spice content
Sago Mixture
½ cup sago in 1 cup waterMicrowave till sago completely translucent.Takes about 10 minutes or alternatively cook on stove.
Add to chicken. Taste again for chillies and salt.
When completely cooled, add in lots of chopped dhanya & spring onions.Fill pie pastry.
INFO & TIPS
I use pastry delights pie dough. Always rises well.
