1 kg minute steak cut into thin strips Marinate in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon Calcutta grill dust2 tablespoon Calcutta Portuguese seasoning 1 teaspoon Calcutta lemon 🍋 pepper ⚫️ 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon oilPressure Cook 30 minutes.Cook till all moisture evaporates Add in:2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon steers creamy peri peri sauce Add in saucesSimmer till thick Cool completely b4 using.
I used the above recipe 4 pizza wheels & croissants (Using the Arabic dough... my favorite😉)
