Ingredients
3 tablespoon oil
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tins tuna
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh coriander, chopped
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
3. Stir in tomato and green chillies, cooking until tomato breaks down.
4. Season with salt and red chilli powder, mix well.
5. Add tuna and gently mix to coat with spices.
6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and top with fresh coriander.
7. Serve hot with fresh bread or rotis.
