Akni,braise one big onion in oil and ghee (Clarified butter),add all whole spices,cinnamon sticks,cloves,whole jeera,black peppercorns,Elachi (cardomom),add chicken or mutton,add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste,salt,full teaspoon turmeric powder,cook for a while,add two to three tablespoons dhana powder,one tablespoon crushed jeera,one tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder,one tablespoon red chili paste,green masaala,to meat,three to 4 grated tomatoes,half cup yoghurt optional,cook as for curry,add potatoes,when potatoes half cooked,add bolled water for every cup of rice add two cups water,add 6 cups water,3cups basmati rice,fresh dhania (coriander),let cook on medium heat on stove then steam in oven for a while,
