RECIPE
STEP 1
Boil 500g Fettucine Pasta & set aside.
STEP 2
Marinate prawns for 30 minutes in the following spices:
β’ 1kg Prawns (de-veined/deshelled)β’ 2 teaspoon crushed Green Chilliesβ’ 2 teaspoon crushed Red Chilliesβ’ 2 teaspoon Crushed Garlicβ’ 2 teaspoon Red Ginger and Garlicβ’ 1 teaspoon Black Pepperβ’ 1 teaspoon White Pepperβ’ 1 teaspoon Rough Red Chillie Powderβ’ 2 teaspoon Fine red Chillie Powderβ’ Β½ teaspoon Tumeric Powderβ’ 1 teaspoon Saltβ’ 2 teaspoon Lemon Juiceβ’ 2 teaspoon Adega Spiceβ’ 1 sachet Tomato Paste
STEP 3
In a bowl mix the following and set aside.
β’ 1 cup Fresh Creamβ’ 2 tablespoon Mustard Sauceβ’ 2 tablespoon Tomato Sauceβ’ 4 tablespoon Minnie's Portuguese Sauce
STEP 4
In a large pot heat 2 tablespoon Olive Oil & 2 tablespoon Butter. Add marinated Prawns to the pot a cook until tender.
Do not allow all the water to evaporate.
Add sauces from step 3 to prawns & cook well.
Set aside.
STEP 5
Heat 3 tablespoon Butter & add 1 tablespoon Flour.
Allow to braise.
Add 1 cup of Milk gradually.
Whisk to ensure no lumps form.
Add in salt to taste, Β½ teaspoon crushed garlic, Β½ teaspoon black pepper & a handful of cheese. Whisk well and add to prawns
STEP 6
Add boiled Pasta to prawns & to heat through. Add milk if required. Garnish with chopped parsley & Serve hot.

Adjust or reduce spices /sauces according to your taste preference as the original recipe is quite spicy πΆ
