Nando’s-style chicken and rice at home 😋Juicy grilled chicken fillets coated in Nando’s hot sauce, served over spiced veggie rice, drizzled with lemon & herb sauce, and finished with fresh coriander.Every bite is fiery, flavourful, and so satisfying 🔥Perfect with chips and a side of crisp lettuce!

750g chicken filletMarinate with:SaltRobertson’s Peri Peri powder½ cup Nando’s Hot Sauce

Grill until done, basting with more Nando’s sauce. Slice into strips.
🌾 Rice:
Fry ½ onion until it just starts to brown.Add 1 tablespoon garlic.Add ½ cup chopped robot peppers, ½ finely cubed carrot, ½ cup frozen peas, and ½ cup sweetcorn.Season with 1 Knorr chicken cube, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
Stir in 2 tablespoon tomato sauce + 3 tablespoon Nando’s Hot Sauce.
Add 4 cups water, bring to a boil, then add 2 cups rice.Cook until done and steam.

Place rice in a serving bowl, top with sliced chicken, drizzle with Nando’s Lemon & Herb Sauce, and garnish with fresh coriander 🌿
Serve with chips and shredded lettuce on the side.
