Samoosa mince (chicken)@fouzy_pal_1
2 kg chicken mince washed & drained Add to pot.Break up as it cooks. Add in 1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic masala 2 tablespoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt2 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)4 big finely diced onions
Cook on low till all moisture evaporates Adjust salt & green chillies Allow to cool completely Add inChopped dhania (coriander) & mint
Fill in samoosas or pies
