Recipe:
Cut each samoosa sheet strip in half.Brush with melted butter and fold the other half over.Roll into a fan shape , fold in half and secure with a toothpick. Open to form a fan shape.
Fry in medium-hot oil until golden.
Sugar Syrup:½ cup sugar¼ cup water1 cardamom podBring to a boil → add 1 teaspoon lemon juice → cool slightly.
Pour syrup over fried fans.
Then dip the ends in melted chocolate and decorate as you like! 🍫💫
