Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup flour
ΒΎ cup milk
1 tablespoon butter/ghee (Clarified butter)/oil
3 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
1. Whisk the egg and sugar until light and frothy.
2. Add the flour, milk, butter/ghee (Clarified butter)/oil, and baking powder. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
3. Drop a tablespoon of batter into a doughnut maker and cook until golden.
4. For a true doughnut-shop flavour, fry the cooked doughnuts in medium-hot oil for a minute until lightly crisp.
5. Decorate with chocolate, sprinkles, glaze β anything you love!
