INGREDIENTS
500g brisket +-2500g wors1 tray of Denny mushroom sliced1 and half teaspoon braai (bbq) spice Mixed herbsDried thyme Crushed black pepper Two tablespoons of butter250ml of fresh cream100ml of milkGarlic granules1 grated onion
METHOD
Marinate brisket with braai (bbq) spice and dried herbsFry with a little oil till done, took me about 7 minutes on each sideAdd little water to pot and add wors to steam then let it fry in its own oil
For mushroom sauceAdd two tablespoons of butter to a potAdd in grated onion and fry till softAdd in garlic granules, can use fresh garlic if you likeAdd in mushrooms and fry till mushrooms are half doneAdd in fried spicesCan add half teaspoon of eachAdd in salt to tasteAdd in fresh cream and milkCook till sauce thickens to liking
