Ingredients:
1 kg chicken fillet (blend in food processor) or use chicken mince
Blend together:• 2 onions• 2 knobs ginger• Green chillies (as preferred)➡️ Strain and remove excess water
Add to the chicken with:• 2 tablespoon coriander powder• 2 tablespoon cumin seeds• 2 tablespoon coarse chilli flakes• Salt to taste• ½ teaspoon orange powder colouring• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)• Fresh coriander, chopped
Coating:• 1–2 eggs, beaten• Samoosa sheets, cut into thin shreds
Method:
1️⃣ Blend chicken until smooth (if not using mince).2️⃣ Mix in strained onion mixture and all spices.3️⃣ Add ghee (Clarified butter) and fresh coriander. Mix well until fully combined.4️⃣ Take a small portion and wrap around a skewer or toothpick.5️⃣ Place between plastic sheet and gently press with the side of your palm to shape evenly.6️⃣ Dip each kebab in beaten egg.7️⃣ Coat well in shredded samoosa sheets.8️⃣ Freeze until firm or store frozen until needed.9️⃣ Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and cooked through.
Serve with lemon wedges and your favourite sauce 🤍🔥
