INGREDIENTS
2 cups of beans boiled till ¾ way done 3 potatoes cut in four1 onion sliced2 tomatoes chopped up3 tablespoon of masala(kashmiri, rombo russi, mother in law mix),1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon garam masala1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) and jeera powderCurry leavesThyme1 tablespoon ginger and garlic pasteSalt to taste1x bay leaf, cinnamon stick, star aniseed
METHOD
Add oil to pot and add onions and whole spices and curry leavesFry till onions are light brownAdd in tomatoes Cook till oil comes on topAdd in rest of spices and cook for a minute Add in potatoes let the masala coat in then add in just enough water to cover potatoes Add salt and close pot Once starts boiling turn heat to medium lowCook potatoes till half way done then add in beans and cook till potatoes are soft and beans is soft
Cut unsliced bread in quarters and spoon curry inside and enjoy with carrot salad or pickles
