Dough
2 cup flour 4 teaspoon baking powder1 cup sour milk2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) Salt to taste.
Mix ingredients together with butter. Add in sour milk gradually to make a soft dough and rest for 20 minutes.
Roll out into saucer size circles. Fold over into a semi circle. Fry on Tawa with some ghee (Clarified butter).
Allow to cool . Open up naan fill with chicken, steak or mince filling of choice. Must be saucy . Add carrots , lettuce , grated green peppers ,onions drizzle mayo over (optional).
Optional.Some grated cheese can also be added before putting on the salad ingredients.
CHICKEN FILLING
1kg chicken fillet, cut small and washed In a pot add 3 tablespoon melt ghee (Clarified butter) or butter add the chicken and spices1 tablespoon fine red chillies1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 tablespoon dhana jeera powdersalt to taste 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon crushed green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon innapamans garlic and herb
add some water and cook till done.Remove from stove.
Ready to use for pies,moons.Add little. Tomato sauce, little mustard sauce . Optional any sauces of choice . Garnish with dhania (coriander).
