1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) (clarified butter)
1 ½ cups castor sugar
1 cup oil
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) (cardammon)
1 teaspoon bicarb
2 tablespoon maziena
1 teaspoon fine nutmeg
1 tablespoon taystee wheat (semolina)
Flour (approx. 3-4 cups)
METHOD
Beat ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar well. Add in remaining ingredients except flour. Mix wellLastly add in flour bit by bit to form a stifish doughRoll into balls and place on baking trayAttach half an almond to the top with a little egg and flatten slightly.Bake until golden brown
