Jalapeño Samoosas

Recipe: Ramadhan Delights
1 kg chicken fillet cubes
Cook together with:• 2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)• 12 tablespoon jalapeño sauce• 12 tablespoon hot sauce• 1 cup lemon juice• Butter
Cook until tender and all moisture dries. Allow to cool completely.
Add:• 4 cups grated gouda• 4 cups grated mozzarella• Handful fresh coriander
Mix well.Fill into samoosa pastry.Dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs.Freeze until ready to fry
