INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kg Steak, Cubed- 2 Teaspoons Salt- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper- 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder (Kashmiri)- 2 Teaspoons Red Masala (wet)- 1 Teaspoon Steaks & Chops Spice (and bbq spice)- ½ Teaspoon Мєαт Tenderizer❌- 1 Teaspoon Mexican Spice (orange Pepper spice)- Handfull Of dhania (coriander) & Ground Green Chillies
Cook steak till soft than add3 Colour Peppers Cubed (I only used green)- 4 Tablespoons Steers Peri Peri Sauce (Jalapeño Sauce)- 4 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce- 4 Tablespoons Steers Mustad Sauce
METHOD
When Steak Is Cooled Of, Add:
- 2 Cups Grated Mozarella Cheese
* Fill In Samoosa Pur & Fry In Med-Hot Oil Till Crispy
