400 grams chicken cubed
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 chilli finely chopped
2 spring onions chopped
2 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt to taste
Whisk all ingredients together except the
Add in the chicken and marinate it.
Leave it in a covered bowl for atleast a hour in
the fridge, (the longer it stays,the better it tastes)
Take out from fridge and discard the marinade.
Rub a saucepan with some olive oil and stir fry
the chicken until cooked. Optional - grate sum
fresh ginger and garlic in the pan when frying.
Serve hot or cold with Coconut
