INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1I/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vaniila essence
1 tablespoon oil
¼ cup milk
METHOD
Beat altogether for 7 - 10 minutes or until fluffy.Add 2 ½ teaspoon
baking powder and beat for 5 seconds.Spoon into
cupcake pans and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Slit cooled cakes in half.Beat 1 fresh cream with 2 tablespoon
icing sugar and add 2 tablespoon ground pista (pistachio nuts).Fill in centre
Topping
1 slab dream melted and mix with half a tin nestle
cream.Sprinkle pista (pistachio nuts) over
