INGREDIENTS
125g Butter
1 and ¼ cups castor sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 and ¼ cup cake flour
1 cup milk
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar well.Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each addition.Add vanilla and mix well.Now add sifted dry ingredients and fold in.Lastly add milk and mix well.Bake @ 180\'C for 25-35 minutes.Can be baked in rounds,loaf,ring,rectangular or cup cake pans.
INFO & TIPS
When baked and cooled. Decorate with Butter Cream.
