INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
½ kilo leg mutton
½ teaspoon garlic and ginger
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon steak and chops spice
½ teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon crushed green
chillies
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
½ onion chopped fine
½ green pepper chopped
fine
1 tomato chopped fine
METHOD
Method:
Cook meat with all spices in ghee (Clarified butter). When meat starts
getting soft add onion, tomato and green pepper.
Cook till done.
Can fry potatoes and add if required.
Serve with roti or paratha
