INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk
1 cup nespray
¾ tin condensed milk
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
Drop of rose water
¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
Pistachios
½ teaspoon butter
METHOD
Heat the milk, as it reaches boiling point add the
condensed milk. Simmer on low.
Mix baking powder and nespray together. Then rub the
butter into the nespray. Then beat the egg and bind the
nespray mixture.
Make small round patties and drop them into the milk.
Allow patties to rise. Cook patties in milk on low for 10
minutes. Remove from heat.
Add Elachi (cardomom) and rose water to the milk. Pour into serving
dish and sprinkle cut pistas.
Serve chilled
