Choc Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

250gr butter
¾ cup castor sugar
½ cup self raising flour
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup chocolate chips
1 and ½ or 2 cups flour

METHOD

Cream butter and sugar well, add vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients in, make a soft dough
then add chocolate chips.
Break small pieces dough and shape, bake at
180°C for 10 - 15 minutes or until done
